Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Same-day appointments are sometimes available, but depend on therapist availability. You can book online or call our front desk.

How early should I arrive for my treatment?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This allows time for check-in, a brief consultation, and a few moments to unwind with tea or infused water before your session begins.

What should I wear to the spa?

Come in whatever makes you comfortable. We provide cozy robes, slippers, and lockers for your personal belongings. For most body treatments, you’ll be draped at all times to ensure your comfort and privacy.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. To respect our therapists’ time, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

Can I request a specific therapist?

Yes, you are welcome to request a specific therapist when you book. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.

Are gratuities included in the price?

Gratuities are not included in our treatment prices. If you’d like to show appreciation for your therapist, gratuities can be added at checkout or given in cash at your discretion.

Is Serenity Spa suitable for first-time spa guests?

Absolutely. Our team is experienced in guiding first-time guests through each step, from what to expect to how to make the most of your visit. No question is too small—just ask.
